A new beginning
The Alstonia stands on a generous corner plot in Sector Pi, Greater Noida, facing a wide sector road — a community of residential towers already built, occupied and lived in, wrapped in mature landscaping.

The architecture
The masterplan places tall, slender towers around open, planted ground, so homes look out over greens and water rather than over parking.
New phases follow the same design language as the occupied towers — generous frontages, a landscaped spine and amenities held in common.
